Who we are

The controller of your personal data is JoyN Club s. r. o., Košická 19650/11, 821 09 Bratislava, IČO 57 904 791. You can reach us at hello@joynclub.sk.

What data we collect

When you join the founding list, we process your first name and email address, the text of the consent you gave and the date and time of your signup and confirmation.

We also store the IP address and browser type used for the signup, as proof of your consent and to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use your data only to send you emails about the launch of JoyNClub: the confirmation of your email address, a welcome email, news before the launch, a launch reminder and your founding invitation. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We keep the proof of your consent based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep your data until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your email address and the date you unsubscribed, so we do not contact you again.

Who receives your data

Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) delivers our emails on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. Twilio may process data in the USA and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR).

We do not sell your data or pass it on to others for their own marketing.

Cookies

This page does not use cookies or analytics. Your age confirmation is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. This does not affect processing carried out before.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. To exercise your rights, write to hello@joynclub.sk.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
