How many puffs does each HITME device offer?
The HM600 offers around 600 puffs, the HM Podsystem up to 600 puffs per pod and the HIGH FIVE up to 10,000 puffs.
Are HITME devices rechargeable or disposable?
Both. The HM600 is disposable. The HM Podsystem and the HIGH FIVE are rechargeable via USB Type-C.
What's the difference between HM600, HM Podsystem and HIGH FIVE?
HM600: compact disposable, 600 puffs, child safety lock.
HM Podsystem: lightweight rechargeable device with swappable pods — switch flavours anytime.

What coil technology do HITME devices use?
All of our devices use mesh coil technology for smoother vapour, consistent flavour and more efficient heating. The HM Podsystem uses dual mesh coils.
Can the devices be refilled with any liquid?
No. HITME devices are closed systems. The HM Podsystem uses swappable pods and the HIGH FIVE uses replaceable liquid capsules.
How do I know when the battery needs charging?
The HIGH FIVE has a liquid and battery level display. The HM Podsystem has no display — once the battery runs out, it simply shuts off until recharged.
What nicotine strength is available?
All three devices contain 20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt.

Are HITME products compliant with EU regulations?
Yes. The HM600, HM Podsystem and HIGH FIVE are CE certified and comply with the EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD).
Can you send product documentation?
Yes. CE, RoHS, MSDS/SDS, lab test reports (CoA) and TPD notification (EU-CEG number) are available on request. Just mention it in your quote request.
Do HITME vapes contain harmful substances?
HITME vapes contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. We do not use additives such as diacetyl, and all ingredients comply with regulatory requirements.
What is the minimum age to buy HITME products?
HITME products may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over (or the legal age in your country).
Are the devices leak-resistant and child-safe?
Our devices are leak-resistant and the HM600 has a child safety lock. Always keep the products out of reach of children.
How should used devices be disposed of?
Used devices should be taken to an authorised electronic waste facility or battery collection point.
